High-density, low-porosity silica bricks are specialized refractory materials developed to meet the rising demand in the coke oven sector. As the coke industry progresses, the need for superior refractory materials increases, particularly in the carbonization chambers, which require bricks exhibiting high density, excellent thermal conductivity, and exceptional compressive strength. Sunrise has innovatively produced these high-density silica bricks tailored to the structural necessities of coke ovens, effectively enhancing the quality and service life while also reducing coking time. The finished bricks must maintain a porosity of less than 16% with a density exceeding 2.38 g/cm³.
1. High Density: The bulk density exceeds 2.38 g/cm³, improving the service life and efficiency of coke ovens.
2. Low Porosity: The finished product's porosity is below 16%, thereby enhancing thermal conductivity and compressive resistance.
3. High Purity: With SiO2 content ≥ 96%, the stability of refractory performance is assured, while Fe2O3 content is limited to < 0.6% to minimize impurity impact.
4. Strong Compressive Strength: Compressive strength is maintained at no less than 80 MPa, ensuring durability in high-temperature settings.
5. High Softening Temperature: The load softening temperature (T0.6℃) is at least 1690℃, making it suitable for various high-temperature industrial applications.
1. Ideal for lining materials in high-temperature industrial kilns such as glass kilns and coke ovens.
2. Extensively utilized as lining materials in high-temperature furnaces across chemical, metallurgical, and other sectors.
